🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead research and development of advanced machine learning and deep learning models.
• Design AI algorithms for NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and bias detection.
• Apply deep expertise in mathematics (linear algebra, probability, discrete math, optimization).
• Optimize transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and diffusion models for real-world performance.
• Design scalable AI pipelines using MLOps best practices.
• Work with large-scale datasets for training, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Publish research and contribute to the AI community.
• Build and deploy APIs (using FastAPI, Flask, Django) for seamless model integration.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and lead technical collaboration.
• Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and scaling.

📌 What We’re Looking For

• ✅ 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience, including team or project leadership.
• ✅ Strong foundation in:
• 📊 Linear Algebra (matrices, eigenvectors, vector spaces)
• 🎲 Probability & Statistics (Bayesian inference, A/B testing)
• 📐 Discrete Mathematics (graphs, logic, combinatorics)
• 🔄 Optimization (SGD, convex optimization, metaheuristics)
• ✅ Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• ✅ Deep knowledge of transformers, GANs, reinforcement learning, and LLM fine-tuning.
• ✅ Experience with research publications or contributions to academic/industry papers.
• ✅ Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG pipelines.
• ✅ Skilled in software engineering, API development, and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
• ✅ Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
