Experience: 3+ years

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in backend development & building scalable products
• Work on category-creating, possibly disruptive, fintech products in the early stages.
• Design and develop highly scalable and reliable systems end-to-end.
• Directly work with the CTO and Founders, and be a part of the product strategy.
• Self-Starter; Will be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our products built in-house.
• Someone proficient in MongoDB
• Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Familiarity with Agile development, continuous integration, and modern testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with working with REST APIs
• Think out of the box while solving problems, considering the scale and changing environment variables.
• Quickly learn and contribute to changing the technical stack
• Bonus Points- Working knowledge of SQL database for a product at scale and AWS.
• Interest (and/or experience) in the financial/stock market space - interest trumps experience!
