Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding and leading the architecture, delivery and development of the software systems that power our business unit and contribute to cutting-edge projects.

What you will be doing?

• Lead the development of end-to-end full-stack solutions across our product stack with TypeScript.
• Participate in design workshops, tackle architectural challenges and shape the future of software engineering.
• Work with blockchain architectures and frameworks for digital assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work on integrating blockchain solutions with existing systems and platforms.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
• Contribute to auxiliary tools that help in testing - end to end testing, load testing, etc
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.

Who are you?

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on backend and frontend technologies
• Deep understanding of low-level networking, I/O, concurrency and proficiency with testing and benchmarking frameworks.
• Strong experience with API communication protocols such as gRPC, REST, graphQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture and solid understanding of Databases.
• Pragmatic knowledge of messaging systems (like Kafka, PubSub, SQS)
• Very good understanding of application hosting infrastructures like Kubernetes
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, including smart contracts, decentralised applications (dApps), DeFi, NFTs and other block chain based services.
• Stronger understanding of Ethereum and Ethereum Virtual Machine are a plus.
• Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS).
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Rust, Python) is a plus.
• Someone who sees them as full stack and thrive to expand their knowledge.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Contributed to open source or have your own projects.
• Experience in high-performance environments (startups or competitive coding).
• Have strong opinions about developer experience and code quality.
