Wobitech, a leading Australian-based custom software and mobile app development company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled iOS Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Swift and Objective-C, a passion for mobile technologies, and a commitment to delivering high-performance, user-friendly applications for the iOS platform.

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and enhance existing iOS applications.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional applications.
• Integrate Here Maps API, geolocation, and other iOS-native services.

• Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• In-depth knowledge of the iOS SDK, X code, and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience integrating Apple Maps, Core Location, and third-party services.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON/XML data formats.
• Experience with unit and UI testing frameworks such as XC Test.
• Understanding of iOS architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Skilled in performance profiling and memory management.
• Familiar with version control tools like Git and GitHub.
• Experience with push notifications and in-app purchases.
• Knowledge of App Store submission and review processes.
• Bonus: Experience working with Flutter or cross-platform frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven iOS development experience.
• Strong portfolio of published apps in the App Store.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
