Security Operations Center Analyst

Job Summary:

Support for a suite of critical applications, including Logscale, Splunk, Imperva, Airlock, Crowdstrike, Mimecast, and Tines. The candidate to ensure seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of these tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Support & Maintenance:

Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Logscale, Splunk, Imperva, Airlock, Crowdstrike, Mimecast, and Tines.

Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure system security and efficiency.

Incident Management:

Act as the first point of contact for application-related incidents and service requests.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
