Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Software Engineer / Framework Developer to help us build a framework on top of Dagster, a modern data orchestration tool. This framework will support the automation of data workflows dedicated to training machine learning models, with a special emphasis on Digital Twin technologies.

You will be part of a technical team building scalable, maintainable architecture that can evolve alongside the rapid development of data and ML platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a flexible framework on top of Dagster
• Design modular and scalable components using modern Python design patterns
• Develop and optimize data workflows to support machine learning training pipelines
• Ensure code maintainability and adaptability to future Dagster changes
• Contribute to clean and robust API design
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Advanced Python programming experience
• Solid understanding of software architecture and scalable framework design
• Familiarity with data engineering workflows, ideally involving ML
• Experience with or willingness to learn Dagster
• Knowledge of API design principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently and deliver in a dynamic, agile environment
• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
