Position Title: Developer .NET (Expert)

Job Description:

• We are looking for an Expert Developer .NET in the context of projects and applications for the Land Development and Land Bank department. These include, but are not limited to, the following projects: Land Development Desk, ADMIN-EBOX, Land Consolidation on the Basis of Law, Comparison Points Tool, ...
• The candidate is expected to be able to take a (technical) leading and leading role in the development of new applications, as well as the further development of existing applications.

The range of tasks consists of the following elements:

• As a technical lead, bootstrap a new project: monitoring and determining the technical side of the functional requirements.
• Together with the Product Owner and Functional Analyst, critically examine the functional requirements and place them in a larger technical framework.
• Coordination with the Architect for the construction of the application.
• As a senior developer, participate in the daily development of the products supported by the team.
• Helping to propagate the Agile way of working in a team from a technical perspective: supporting Pull Requests, increasing code quality, automated testing (e2e, unit, etc.).
• Technical SPOC for the Functional Analyst / Product Owner and Architect: ready for questions, elaborations and technical review of the User Stories.
• (Technical) Team Coaching: helping, guiding and uplifting the co-developers.
• The candidate will be involved in a development team under the direction of the VLM. We work from the SCRUM / KANBAN methodology.
• Proven experience in developing. NET-based applications
• Demonstrable training with certification or equivalent through experience in programming languages and environments such as as. (C#), ASP.NET, ...
• Proven experience in leading a development team and coaching developers.
• Be able to perform demonstrable experience in programming assignments very smoothly: coding, testing and debugging.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Agile development methodology, in which a leading role can be taken.
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.
