In this role, you will have the opportunity to 

  • Search for new talent in IT and design fields – including developers, UX/UI designers, analysts, testers, and project managers.  
  • Prepare job ads and role descriptions in collaboration with recruitment lead and choose the appropriate channels for publishing them.  
  • Conduct initial candidate screening, participate in interviews, ensure smooth and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Support the HR Manager in various recruitment projects and help maintain a smooth and transparent hiring process. 
  •  Actively use social media and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub) to find the best candidates.  
  • Ensure that candidate data and recruitment information are well organized and up to date.  
  • Contribute to employer branding activities – whether it's organizing events, writing articles or sharing insights about our work across different channels.  
  • Collect and analyze recruitment statistics, share key insights and trends with the team.  
  • Support the onboarding process of new employees in collaboration with the HR Manager and Team Leads.  
  • Oversee and maintain the data controller’s record of processing activities while ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant legal requirements.  
  • Collaborate across departments to address day-to-day data protection and personal data processing matters. 
  • Contribute to the drafting, review, and management of contracts in close collaboration with the management team.  
  • Support employees by providing daily guidance on operational topics and data protection-related questions. 
  • Help with other operational and administrative tasks as needed. 


Our expectations 

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, design, or technology sectors – you understand the specifics of these roles and know how to evaluate suitable profiles. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – you're able to engage with candidates, hiring managers, the marketing team, the HR team effectively and build trustworthy relationships.  
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude – you're not afraid to take the initiative and follow through on tasks, while also knowing when to ask for support.  
  • A structured and detail-oriented work style – you’re able to keep data in order, follow processes, and manage multiple parallel recruitments.  
  • Familiarity with various recruitment channels and social media – you’re active on LinkedIn and know where and how to find suitable candidates (e.g., GitHub, portfolios, communities, etc.). 
  • Strong writing and communication skills – you're able to craft clear and engaging job ads and when needed, contribute to putting together articles or posts that support employer branding.  
  • An open and positive attitude – you're genuinely interested in working with people and care about ensuring a great experience for candidates and new team members alike. 
  • Willingness to contribute to other HR or operational tasks – you're a true team player who's ready to step in and help where needed.  
  • Excellent command of both Estonian and English, spoken and written – you can express yourself clearly and professionally in both languages.
