Product Manager

Product Manager opportunity with a leading Medical Device company based in Karlsruhe. As the company looks to take their product to the next level, you will play a key part in a more commercial structured Product role.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze market trends to develop targeted product and sales strategies
• Identify and present emerging market trends and technological innovations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers and sales partners
• Develop and implement product strategies and customer-centric value-added services
• Contribute to product and pricing strategies
• Manage projects end-to-end—from concept to approval—including drafting project plans, creating specifications, and coordinating with external partners
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Quality/Regulatory Affairs to support technical documentation for new developments and product updates

Your Profile

• Degree in medical technology, engineering, natural sciences, or equivalent medical-technical training
• Several years of experience in product management or sales, preferably in medical technology (spinal or neurosurgery)
• Experience in surgical support and physician training is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
