Our client, a Global Payment company based in South Dublin, is currently seeking a Lead Product Manager to join their business on a 24-month (2-year) contract, which will likely be extended further.


3 days on site per week required.


Stamp 4 / EU Passport required.


Job Overview

The Dispute Lifecycle team is looking for a Lead Solution PM-T to drive our Dispute application

transformation strategy forward through analysis and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated,

intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.


Role Responsibilities


  • Lead conceptualization through delivery of our next generation platform capabilities.
  • Understand and help to define the product vision and have visibility into the user experience while ensuring an overall understanding across the platform;
  • Manage the backlog of work while creating and maintaining agile features.
  • Take the time to fully learn the functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of the systems supporting your platform.
  • Collaborate and lead technical and design discussions and manage solution meetings across the feature teams, ensuring that business and functional requirements are identified and documented.
  • Identify gaps and risks based on in-depth analysis and communicate to leadership.
  • Have a long-term perspective and look beyond the current business needs to become expert in your domain,
  • Be high-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in a collaborative (Agile) environment and the skills to have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results
  • Onboard, train and mentor new analysts while also providing guidance on platform solutions


Qualifications & Skills


  • Great knowledge of IT processes and a hunger for Systems and Technical knowledge
  • Constantly analyzing and innovating new, better approaches to our systems and processes
  • Deep Product management experience in fast-growing teams and the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Deep Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • Understand and can explain business context and the associated customer use cases along with the technology supporting the platform product and are able to hold your own in debates with others;
  • Recognizes discordant views and takes part in constructive dialog to resolve them
  • High level of ownership on platform services and components and the ability to debate the merits of options with engineers, architects, designers, and business teams to drive the right trade-offs
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated aptitude for digging deep into the product operations and making data-based decisions.


Payment industry exposure is highly advantageous!

Java Microservices Architecture background is highly advantageous!
