WebGPU Graphics Architect - Vulkan / Game Engine Development
One of the largest tech companies in the world is looking for an experienced Graphics Architect to join the company in Dublin.
Are you a visionary graphics architect passionate about pushing the boundaries of real-time rendering? We're seeking a driven leader to spearhead our WebGPU initiative and revolutionize performance in cutting-edge projects, particularly within the dynamic world of mini-games.
As WebGPU Lead Architect, you'll be more than just a developer – you'll be an innovator. You'll have the autonomy to define the technical roadmap, tackle complex performance challenges, and deliver tangible proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the transformative power of WebGPU. Beyond immediate solutions, you'll be empowered to drive long-term research and development, explore custom rendering solutions, and leave your mark on the future of technology.

What You'll Bring:
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Computer Graphics or Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience bridging academic research and industrial applications in computer graphics.
- Deep expertise in Vulkan and game engine development (Unity, Cocos, etc.).
- Exceptional C++ proficiency and experience in real-time rendering.
- Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, GLSL, and WGSL.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into elegant solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
