Role And Responsibilities

  • Support assigned division managers in all human relations related matters.
  • Handling Employee Lifecycle within the assigned business division - Onboarding, Probation period, Exit.
  • Manage HR Administration for the assigned division (Workday registration in HR system, reorganization, NDA/Contracts).
  • Support Human resource strategy for the assigned division in cooperation with HR Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment partner to fill needed roles within the assigned department.
  • Support the assigned division with company’s processes (SCI employee satisfaction survey, Performance review and Goal Setting, SELF 360 Evaluation).
  • In collaboration with L&D partner, determine the learning needs of the assigned division and support various training needs.
  • Support Payroll Partner with Compensation & benefits related information.
  • Take ownership of internal events coordination in Vilnius office and support in Baltics in collaboration with People team.
  • Support Vilnius office needs and manage procurement processes when necessary.


Skills And Qualifications

  • 2 years’ proven HR experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably education in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and local labor laws, with the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day operations.
  • Experience in supporting managers with people-related matters, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational tasks, adapting to different challenges and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and propose creative HR solutions.
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
