MarketLeap is an AI-driven platform to instantly scale e-commerce sales across all marketplaces. Our founders, former executives at Amazon and Rocket Internet, recognized that D2C brands only reach a small portion of the fragmented e-commerce market due to the complexity and inefficiencies of marketplaces. These challenges prevent D2C sellers from focusing on their core business, such as product development. To address this, we built a fully integrated software solution that empowers D2C brands to seamlessly scale across multiple marketplaces worldwide.

We're well-funded and backed by top investors, and are now looking for smart and ambitious engineers to grow a tech team based in Luxembourg.

Skills you need to be great at this job

• Proven expertise in writing logical, maintainable, and scalable code in Java (or another JVM language like Kotlin).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience working with complex algorithms and data structures.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex system architectures.
• Insist on high standards when it comes to software quality, tests and operational excellence.
• Experience (or interest) with AWS, distributed systems, serverless and event-driven architectures.

What success looks like in the first 6+ months

• You demonstrated your technical proficiencies by delivering high-quality features.
• You took the lead on a major project, driving it from conception to delivery, while mentoring junior team members.
• You participated in the overall improvement of our engineering practices.
