Position Overview:

As an Executive Coach specializing in VP and C-suite leadership, you will guide seasoned executives to reach their ambitious goals and unlock their full potential. Using our Client's proven, structured coaching approach, you will deliver tailored guidance, insightful feedback, and practical solutions to help clients improve their leadership skills and decision-making.

Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• Extensive Industry Experience: You should have at least 20 years of highly successful experience in your specific sector and have held managerial roles for atleast 10 years,
• Strong Communication and Influencing Skills: You should be skilled in communication and influencing others, fostering collaboration, and driving positive outcomes.
• Business Acumen: An in-depth understanding of business strategies, market trends, and leadership best practices is essential.

Desirable Qualifications:

Although not mandatory, a Master’s or Doctorate in a related field and experience in team-building or new business development would be advantageous.
