Experis is currently looking for one of its clients based in Luxembourg:

Automation & Infrastructure Engineer – Ansible Specialist (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:

• Define and implement best practices for Ansible platform governance
• Build and maintain automation workflows using Ansible roles and playbooks
• Manage and optimize VMware environments, including vRealize Automation
• Automate provisioning and system management for RHEL Unix and Windows environments
• Support containerization efforts with Docker and Kubernetes
• Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot cross-platform issues and ensure operational reliability
• Contribute to performance, scalability, and security improvements
• Share knowledge and support team development through mentoring

Your profile:

• You have strong hands-on experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation
• You have solid knowledge of VMware tools, particularly vRealize Automation
• You are comfortable managing RHEL Unix systems
• You have experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
• You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• You are a clear communicator and work well in collaborative settings
• You are self-driven and capable of working independently
• You have exposure to cloud environments, ideally Azure
• You are familiar with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• You have a working understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/ITIL frameworks
• You are fluent in both English and French (mandatory)
