Your new Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Design, development and maintain Back-Office user interfaces and integrations for the Genesys Cloud Contact Center, using Java;
• Ensure seamless integration with existing Java-based systems, managed by external suppliers;
• Participate in architectural planning, focusing on modularization, API design, and system integration;
• Define and implement best practices for testing, (CI/CD), maintaining high code quality;
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing systems.

The Contact Center team is divided into 1 Product Owner, 1 Lead Engineer, 1 Solution Architect and Developers. The team is looking for a Full Stack Developer with Back-End focus, combined with sufficient skill set to support and develop also backoffice user interfaces.

What you will need to succeed

To succeed as a Full Stack Developer you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
• +5 years of experience working in the field;
• Proven experience in developing AI App’s for Contact Centers, with knowledge of its metrics, reporting, and user experience design;
• Experience in developing back-office user interfaces;
• Extensive experience working with Java;
• Proficiency in Angular framework;
• Strong understanding of API design and service-oriented architecture (REST);
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills in Cloud-integrated environments (familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud Services);
• Exposure to CI/CD practices and DevOps environments;
• Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Google Tag Manager (is considered a plus);
• Familiarity with low code/no code tools (is considered a plus);
• Ability to work independently;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English.
