As a Product Manager for the Sunrise Business Marketplace, you own full accountability on planning and executing exponential revenue growth via “Business Marketplace Value Proposition”. Your Challenge
- Platform Strategy and Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Sunrise Business Marketplace and integrate it into the overall Sunrise Business Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Platform Operations: Run the platform in the role of a business owner taking full accountability of the following main deliverables:
- seamless order capture and services provisioning, invoicing Capabilities
- robust and lifecycled integration with Sunrise Sales-, CRM- & Digital Selfcare Portals and vendor platforms / portals
- efficient workload and workforce management of all manual interventions across the platform operations
- Scalable framework: Implementation and deployment of 3rd party vendor contracting and its compliant execution through the Sunrise Business Marketplace
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding Sunrise Business Marketplace, providing regular updates on platform performance, enhancements, and strategic initiatives
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess platform success, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure platform operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining high-quality service delivery and customer trust
- Educational background: Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, MBA, Business, Marketing, Infor-mation Systems, Technology, Science, Education
- If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for cloud services management platforms in the context of B2B, we invite you to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of telecommunications in Switzerland
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry and business experience
- Proofed passion about technology and a strong drive to advance the state of IT through virtualization
- Demonstrated product management experience for enterprise se-curity products/solutions including building business cases, identi-fying market opportunities, and growing product revenues
- Language: Fluency in German is a must. Solid English and French skills is of big advantage
