The opportunity

In Consulting, you will be involved in management and business consulting. We provide seamless, consistent and high-quality services to our clients around the world. Our team works collaboratively with our clients to manage engagements and lead teams across all aspects of the CFO's agenda. Join a dynamic, multicultural team in Business Consulting Finance, advising CFO functions on Digital Finance, Corporate Transformation, and Global Business Services!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Order to Cash solution tower, focusing on team management, solution development, and transformation.
  • Simplify and standardize global processes within client organizations by supporting the Order to Cash stream and eliminating low-value work.
  • Collaborate with the Business Consulting Technology team as an Order to Cash SME, providing functional requirements and solution design inputs.
  • Drive entity-wide transformation programs, including Target Operating Model design, process re-design, and technology architecture implementation.
  • Foster client relationships, propose innovative solutions based on market trends, and support team development through training and mentorship.


Skills and attributes for success

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, finance or a comparable course of study
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 5 years Consulting experience in a fellow Big 4 company
  • Minimum 5 years of Order to Cash experience in Consulting, GBS/ BPO Operations or Process Expert role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and rigorous working methods
  • High motivation, objective driven and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in sales activities, e.g. proposal creation / business development, and understanding of business metrics
  • Empathetic personality, excellent team leadership skills and enjoy working in a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German are mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel
