CONTEXT:
L’Occitane Group Travel Retail team is looking for an Intern, based in Geneva (Switzerland). Reporting to RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Global Travel Retail Director, your mission will be to drive data-centric decisions for Pricing, Promotion and Assortment within the Travel Retail environment (airports, airlines, cruises and ferries).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate in the gathering, refining and structuring of data sourced from diverse channels
- Design and implement new dashboards tailored to meet the evolving requirements of the Management team, focusing on aspects such as sell-out and sell-in performance
- Support brands including L’Occitane, Sol de Janeiro, ELEMIS, Erborian, and Melvita in formulating annual pricing strategies
- Take charge of regular monitoring and analysis of competitor pricing dynamics
- Ensure the precision and reliability of collected data through rigorous quality control measures
- Leverage data-driven insights to deliver actionable analyses aimed at enhancing both sales performance and profit margins
- Support the deployment of Power BI solution
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- Student with Bachelor ou Masters' Degree within University or Business School (an internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory)
- A first professional experience in Data Analytics is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Fluent in English and French
- Proactiveness and working autonomously, with excellent organization and project management skills
- Entrepreneurial, solution oriented, with ability to adapt
- Strong team spirit, good coordination skills
- At ease in a fast-paced and multi task environment, working with short-term deadline
STARTING DATE: July 2025 for 6 months (full-time position)
