Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Development in managing the tech team.
• Improve team integration and introduce Agile/Scrum methodologies for enhanced transparency and efficiency.
• Evaluate current technologies and identify needs.
• Engage with stakeholders and the CEO to discuss and define the future direction of technology after onboarding and addressing pressing issues.
• Provide technology support to non-PL teams, such as the marketing team with their CRM needs.
• Establish and implement cybersecurity practices for the platform.
• Participate in hands-on coding and code reviews to ensure high-quality software development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader in a start-up or high-tech company, demonstrating significant managerial experience, high-level decision-making, and business maturity.
• Extensive experience in AI, modern Fintech, Blockchain, or Game development sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js
• Demonstrated willingness and capability to engage in hands-on development tasks.
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
