Project Manager

Your New Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Product Development Process to join our client for a full-time, fixed-term assignment. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects focused on optimizing and improving product development processes — from opportunity assessment and requirement definition to implementation and deployment.

You will be responsible for driving process excellence initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across departments and geographies, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This includes risk assessment, stakeholder communication, reporting, and performance tracking, as well as supporting training initiatives and documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, Business, or a related field
• 5–8 years of project management experience in product development or process improvement
• Strong experience working in consulting, process and applications, or software vendor companies
• Expertise in business process mapping and requirement analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Miro
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive problem-solving mindset
