The Role

We are seeking an energetic Growth & Partnerships Lead who excels at developing content strategy, building relationships, and driving business opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.


This role uniquely combines content planning, social media strategy, and hands-on sales development (SDR) responsibilities.


You will play a pivotal role in growing Peera’s brand presence across social platforms, establishing valuable relationships with influential partners like Somnia, The Graph, SUI, Aptos, and more, and directly engaging potential clients and partners to sell our validation services and platform.


Additionally, you will actively identify and secure speaking opportunities, podcasts, and AMA sessions, positioning our CTO, as thought leader in Web3 community-building.


Responsibilities

Content & Social Strategy:

  • Create, execute, and refine content strategies tailored for X.com and LinkedIn
  • Develop engaging content plans that resonate authentically with the Web3 audience


Sales Development & Partnerships:

  • Actively prospect and engage with potential clients and partners via calls, meetings, and networking events
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from outreach to conversion, effectively positioning Peera’s services


Influencer & Thought Leadership:

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with Web3 influencers to amplify Peera’s visibility
  • Seek speaking opportunities, podcast appearances, and AMAs for Peera CTO
  • Position Peera CTO and Peera as authoritative voices within Web3


What You Bring

  • Sales & Relationship Management: Proven ability to engage prospects, develop strategic relationships, and close deals within tech or Web3 industries
  • Content Strategy & Social Media: Experience crafting impactful content and growing engagement across social media platforms
  • Web3 Expertise: Solid understanding of Web3, blockchain technologies, and related cultural nuances
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences
  • Proactivity & Adaptability: Self-starter, comfortable in a dynamic, remote work environment, with the agility to adapt quickly to new opportunities


Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years in sales development, social media strategy, or content planning roles
  • Demonstrated success in building partnerships, driving sales, and growing social communities
  • Previous experience with Web3, or tech-driven ecosystems
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
