End User Support Engineer (12-hour rotational shifts)

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled End User Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for end users, ensuring smooth installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems used in project environments.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled End User Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for end users, ensuring smooth installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems used in project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support installation and configuration of computer hardware and software for project teams
- Manage and maintain IT assets allocated for project use in compliance with client IT standards
- Ensure timely updates and maintenance of the project tracker for deliverables
- Provide prompt reporting to project leads on assigned tasks
- Follow established guidelines to process or escalate incident and service request tickets
- Offer technical advice and troubleshooting support to end users for hardware and software issues
- Timely response to project leads and end users
- Adhere to standard IT service management processes
- Deliver effective first-level support and escalate complex issues as required
- Support enterprise environment hardware such as POS, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PC, hardware, and software support
- Windows 10, MS Office, MS Outlook
- Active Directory and user account management
- Mac OS, VDI client, VPN client
- iOS/Android smartphones and related mobile technologies
- POS systems, scanners, printers, and other peripherals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience using diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with Incident and Request Management systems
- Experience in ITIL-based environments is a plus
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
