• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Laravel (PHP), following MVC best practices.
• Build responsive and maintainable front-end components using Vue.js or React, with modern ES6 JavaScript.
• Design, implement, and document RESTful APIs with secure authentication techniques (e.g., JWT, OAuth, Sanctum).
• Participate in daily Scrum/standup meetings each morning (EST) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Apply secure coding principles to develop clean, extensible, and scalable software.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and manage relational databases using MySQL.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, and maintain server environments on Linux.
• Use Azure DevOps and GitHub for code management, task tracking, and CI/CD processes.
• Communicate proactively and transparently through Slack.

• 3+ years of experience in PHP development with strong Laravel expertise.
• Experience building applications with Vue.js or React and modern JavaScript (ES6).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development, including HTTP protocols and response codes.
• Proven experience working with Laravel API authentication techniques (e.g., Passport, Sanctum).
• Comfort with Linux-based environments and experience deploying to AWS.
• Strong grasp of MySQL, including query optimization and relational schema design.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps workflows and GitHub repositories.
• Committed to writing secure, maintainable, and well-architected code using OOP principles.
• Evidence of self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to deliver on deadline (GitHub/Bitbucket portfolio encouraged).
• Availability for morning standups in EST and daily communication via Slack.

• Experience with automated testing (e.g., PHPUnit, Jest).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Understanding of caching, queuing, and messaging systems (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ).
