Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results driven Project Manager to lead and oversee high-profile projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure or oil and gas projects with leading entities such as Ashghal, QatarEnergy or within the Oil and Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, Execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, report KPIs and proactively address risks or delays.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and government authorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Structural or relevant discipline)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management.
- Strong preference for candidates with project involvement under Ashghal, QatarEnergy or in Oil & Gas projects.
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of local Qatari regulations and permitting processes.
