Software Engineer II, Google Ads

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 1 year of experience with front-end and user interface development.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Dart and Java/Kotlin.
• Experience working in front-end/web projects.
• Experience in Angular, React or other web frameworks.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build front-end functionality for advertiser-facing tools.
• Collaborate with Ads back-end teams to call their Remote Procedure Calls (RPCs) from the front-end server.
• Identify methods and run experiments to attribute success to launches.
• Develop new front-end components by working with UX partners.
