About the Role

This role is for the Nykaa Enterprise Services product team. Nykaa Enterprise is building the ecommerce operating system for domestic and international brands. As part of this team, you will work across ecommerce platforms: Catalog, User Identity, Discovery, Cart, Checkout, Order Management, and Warehouse Management systems — shaping a seamless experience for our brands.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Nykaa Enterprise solution. This is a zero-to-one opportunity: You will own the onboarding and growth of global brands on the Nykaa Enterprise platform and build new capabilities to drive their success. You’ll collaborate closely with Business teams of brands, Engineering, QA, Data Science, and UX teams to deliver a world-class Nykaa platform.

Key Responsibilities:

● Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Nykaa Enterprise, aligning with business goals and brand partner needs.

● Own end-to-end delivery across shopping funnel touchpoints: Catalog, Discovery, Cart, Checkout, Order Management, and Warehousing.

● Build onboarding and growth capabilities to enable seamless integration and success for domestic and international brands.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, QA, operations, finance, and business teams for smooth execution.

● Define and monitor key shopping funnel performance metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and user engagement, and continuously optimize the shopping experience based on data-driven insights.

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify product opportunities and trends in Ecommerce SAAS platforms and apply insights to make informed product decisions.

What We’re Looking For

● 5+ years in product management, preferably in ecommerce or enterprise SAAS.

● Prior experience in software development or engineering is preferred.

● Understanding of programming & engineering architecture.

● Excellent analytical skills; strong bias toward data-driven decision-making. Should be excellent in defining input/output metrics & business outcomes.

● Outstanding communication & stakeholder management.

● Deep user empathy combined with strong business instincts

● Ability to operate collaboratively with cross-functional teams
