As an Associate Product Manager at Frontline, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable work for our Engineering and Design teams. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams, translating customer feedback into clear product requirements and actionable tickets. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach to improving user experience, driving adoption, and supporting feature delivery through strong communication and problem-solving skills.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role - ideal for someone early in their product career who’s eager to build skills and make an impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.


*N.B. this role will require working hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Central Time American (CST) during the ramp-up period (c.5-6 weeks). After this period, 3-4 hours cross-over with CST hours will be required*


What you’ll do


  • Write detailed user stories and tickets with clear acceptance criteria to guide Engineering and Design teams.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, working with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and ensure clarity on deliverables.
  • Support sprint planning and execution, attending standups, grooming sessions, and performing light QA.
  • Gather and organize user feedback from customer-facing teams to inform product decisions and usability improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers to review user flows, prototypes, and feature concepts.
  • Help document new features and product updates for internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate across departments to keep development aligned with business needs and customer outcomes.
  • Growth: Gain exposure to broader product planning and help support the execution of the product roadmap.


Skills You'll Need


  • Product Experience: 1–5 years in a product, project coordination, or business analysis role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Agile Familiarity: Comfortable working within Agile development frameworks and collaborating with technical teams in sprint-based cycles.
  • UI/UX Exposure: Familiarity with design tools and principles such as Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD, and an understanding of user-centered design.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Able to gather and synthesize user feedback, conduct basic user research, and help translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Technical Documentation: Skilled in writing clear user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria to support efficient development workflows.
  • Organization & Initiative: Highly organized and proactive in managing your own tasks, timelines, and follow-ups to keep projects moving forward.
