Java Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented Java Engineer to play a key role in the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge on-demand staffing platform. Ass a Java Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality code across a range of technologies, applications, and backend systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable solutions that support our mission of transforming the way people find work and businesses manage their workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues
• Develop and implement software solutions that align with business requirements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in Java development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Java Developer or Java Engineer, with a strong understanding of Java development principles
• Proficient in Java programming language and associated frameworks such as Springboot
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
