Qualifications

• Passion for game development,
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related fields,
• A portfolio demonstrating your skills,
• Excellent illustration skills to create expressive mobile game assets,
• Fully proficient in digital art creation tools including Photoshop and other visual design tools
• Strong understanding of composition, human/creature anatomy, lighting, staging, proportion, scale, value, perspective, and color,
• Knowledge of Unity,
• Self-starting, self-reliant personality and willing to pitch in on many areas of game development in regards to concept support,
• Ability to quickly iterate on an idea, as well as take an asset to a final state,
• Ability to carry out business with both technical and non-technical team members effectively,
• Ability to accept feedback and adapt to change,
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to receive and provide objective feedback.
