This is the job

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team and work on the design and development of microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with .NET 6+, SQL Server, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as a solid understanding of design patterns and agile methodologies.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience in application development with .NET 6 or higher.
• Solid experience with .NET Core 6 and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially SQL Server.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Advanced experience in developing and executing unit tests.
• Proficiency with GitHub or GitLab version control.
• Familiarity with code analysis tools like SonarQube.
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to work in sprints.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have:

• Non-relational databases like MongoDB.
• Messaging systems: RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka.
• Containers: Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Apache NiFi for data flow and processing.
• SOLID principles, design patterns and clean code practices.

This is your role

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices in .NET 6+.
• Optimizing application performance and ensuring code quality.
• Implementing and managing queries in SQL Server.
• Developing robust unit tests to ensure software reliability.
• Managing source code using GitHub and participating in code reviews.
• Documenting code and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring the application of best practices in development and architecture.
• Collaborating closely with QA, Product, and Business stakeholders.
