Position Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer

Profile description:

Tasks, roles, responsibilities

• Specializes in writing code and implementing functionalities according to the requirements and specifications of the project.
• In addition to being a developer, is also a mentor and coach. Coordinates the technical activities within the team, provides direction to the other developers and ensures that engineering best practices are applied for code quality, security and performance:
• Designing and monitoring the software architecture and technical strategy.
• Ensuring a scalable, robust and efficient codebase.
• Evaluating and implementing best practices and modern technologies.
• Ensuring security and performance optimizations.
• Ensures that all blocking technical issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
• Works closely with the architect to design robust and scalable software solutions that meet both current and future needs.
• Works closely with product owners, architects and other stakeholders to monitor and optimize the technical vision of the project.

Required technical knowledge (mandatory):

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a developer
• Back-end: Experience with Java (+ 10 years), PostgreSQL (+ 5 years)
• Experience with projects that touch government and the social security ecosystem
• Knowledge of financial management; calculation and payment modules

• Good communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Team player with leadership and mentoring skills.
• Combination of developer experience and tech lead experience within a development team.
• Back-end: Experience with SpringBoot, MQ
• Front-end: Experience with Angular
