Product Development Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a Product Development Project Coordinator, who is passionate about managing timelines, communication, and documentation for new and existing product development initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and monitor all phases of product development projects from concept to production ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, ASM, and Supply Chain
• Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, and documentation
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
• Support and organize product testing, prototyping, and sample evaluation processes
• Assist in risk identification and issue resolution related to product development
• Ensure that project data is accurately entered and updated in relevant systems
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation best practices within the R&D function

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience in product development or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed research and testing.
• Good project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Effective communication skills in English to liaise with suppliers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the product development space.
