As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our customers' digital assets.

Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide high-quality support to customers, with a focus on investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot integration-related challenges between our platform and other third-party solutions.
  • Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving issues related to email infrastructure, including deliverability and security concerns.
  • Troubleshoot identity and access management issues, including identity providers (IdPs) and authentication workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Participate in initiatives to develop and improve AI-powered support solutions that enhance customer self-service and operational scalability.
  • Work closely with our development and product teams to escalate and resolve customer-reported issues, providing valuable insights for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with customer success team to ensure seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience working with AI-powered support solutions or automation tools.
  • Understanding of email infrastructure and security, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email deliverability troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with identity providers (IdPs) and authentication protocols.

Expectations for the First 90 Days

First 30 Days:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our product, integrations, and key use cases.
  • Shadow senior team members to observe best practices in technical troubleshooting.
  • Begin handling standard support requests independently.

First 60 Days:

  • Dive deeper into our product's technical intricacies, expanding your knowledge base and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Take on more challenging support tickets independently, showcasing your ability to tackle complex technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the support team, actively participating in discussions and initiatives.

First 90 Days:

  • Establish yourself as a go-to resource for both customers and internal teams, leveraging your expertise to drive meaningful impact.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional support experiences, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Compensation & Location

  • Salary Range: 3800-4200 €/month
  • Location: This role is based in Helsinki, Finland.
