Technical Support & Troubleshooting
First 30 Days:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our customers' digital assets.
Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide high-quality support to customers, with a focus on investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
- Troubleshoot integration-related challenges between our platform and other third-party solutions.
- Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving issues related to email infrastructure, including deliverability and security concerns.
- Troubleshoot identity and access management issues, including identity providers (IdPs) and authentication workflows.
- Participate in initiatives to develop and improve AI-powered support solutions that enhance customer self-service and operational scalability.
- Work closely with our development and product teams to escalate and resolve customer-reported issues, providing valuable insights for product improvement.
- Collaborate with customer success team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prior experience in a technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working with AI-powered support solutions or automation tools.
- Understanding of email infrastructure and security, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email deliverability troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with identity providers (IdPs) and authentication protocols.
First 30 Days:
- Gain a deep understanding of our product, integrations, and key use cases.
- Shadow senior team members to observe best practices in technical troubleshooting.
- Begin handling standard support requests independently.
- Dive deeper into our product's technical intricacies, expanding your knowledge base and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Take on more challenging support tickets independently, showcasing your ability to tackle complex technical issues.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the support team, actively participating in discussions and initiatives.
- Establish yourself as a go-to resource for both customers and internal teams, leveraging your expertise to drive meaningful impact.
- Consistently deliver exceptional support experiences, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Salary Range: 3800-4200 €/month
- Location: This role is based in Helsinki, Finland.
