This position is Paris-based, with relocation support available.

Team

You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.

Role

We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Producer who is deeply passionate about RPG/midcore games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.

• Project management & Planning:
• Define scope and create schedules
• Drive resource allocation in the studio
• Track progress and mitigate risks
• Product quality & vision:
• Champion the game vision
• Oversee QA for quality
• Provide feedback on gameplay and player experience
• Production process & Optimization:
• Establish and refine development workflows
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks
