Business Intelligence Analyst (Full-Time) – Düsseldorf

Are you passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights? Do you have deep experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric? Our client—a major player in the logistics and supply chain sector—is seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant to join their in-house team in Düsseldorf. This full-time, hybrid role requires approximately 50% on-site presence.

Your Role:

• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Architect and implement data models & ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and performance optimization.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on BI tools and best practices.

What You Bring:

• Power BI expertise – report building, DAX, data visualization.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric – data engineering, lakehouses, and governance.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical BI solutions.
• Fluent in German
• Willingness to travel to Düsseldorf 50% of the time.
