Data Analyst

HubSpot is looking for a Data Analyst to support HubSpot’s Sales Development organization. The Sales Strategy mission at HubSpot is to enable data-driven decisions that drive growth and productivity. This role will work directly with the sales leaders of these teams to define the go-to-market strategy and help develop a world-class outbound strategy.

You will report to a Sales Strategy Senior Manager and help define strategic choices, planning, reporting, and GTM programs to improve front-line productivity and establish an efficient operating model for the sales strategy team. This work will focus on designing and executing strategic sales initiatives and providing operational systems, and analytical support for Global Sales Development.

In This Role, You Will

• Provide data-driven operational and decision-making support to the Sales Development organization and management team.
• Maintain the staffing and capacity for the Sales Development organization and partner with central planning teams to deliver our headcount plan.
• Liaise with leadership to monitor KPIs and identify trends and opportunities to maximize impact.
• Respond to business requests, perform root-cause analyses, and provide recommendations to solve problems and capture opportunities.
• Support cross-functional programs, tools, processes, and systems to drive performance and productivity improvements.

• Are highly analytical and can leverage raw, unorganized data into actionable insights and repeatable, scalable reporting.
• Can adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
• Are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and interacting with senior stakeholders from various business functions.
• Are driven to define the right metrics and analysis to produce actionable insights.
• Proven SQL knowledge and experience.
• Have 2+ years of professional experience.
• Have B.A. or B.S. degree (An M.B.A. is a plus).
