About the role

A DevOps engineer ensures the seamless operation of a company's IT infrastructure. They collaborate with developers to deploy and manage code changes and with operations teams to maintain system stability. Success in this role requires a comprehensive understanding of both development and operations processes, along with a robust technical skill set.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining existing infrastructure on Azure cloud as well as dedicated servers in a co-location
• Create technical solutions to build pipeline, or infrastructure related issues
• Create tools and solutions to manage and monitor our rapidly growing infrastructure and operations
• Monitor software and hardware systems proactively to identify issues before they impact business operations
• Automate processes to reduce human error

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Experience working on Linux based infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of network infrastructure (incl. switches, routers, firewalls)
• Knowledge of modern development tools and workflows (e.g., Git, Containers).
• Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps principles

Good to have:

• Experience with programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Python).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
