What you'll do:

• Work with large datasets, cleaning and improving data quality. Increase the efficiency of the reporting and implement new ideas for further development
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports. Develop visualizations, identify trends and summarize key insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights for management
• Ensure analysis of market and competition development, brand perception and customer satisfaction of Lidl and competitors

About you:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position and/or experience in data analytics
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools such as Power Query, SQL, Python and similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, combine large sets of data, as well develop visualizations with a keen eye for details and accuracy
• Very good English language skills (at least B2 level)
• Goal-orientated, easily adapt to changes and fast-paced environment, as well as self-confident
