We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our support team for a leading streaming platform. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our support team for a leading streaming platform. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective customer support through multiple channels
- Diagnose and resolve technical and account-related issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- High-level of German (minimum C1) and fluency in English
- Previous experience in customer support (preferably 12+ months in a contact center)
- Familiarity with BPO KPIs (C-SAT, NPS, SLAs)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
- Competitive salary package: approx. €21,800 gross/year
- Fixed weekday schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM)
