Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who thrives on solving complex challenges and wants to make a real-world impact. This is a chance to join a purpose-driven scale-up based in Utrecht, working at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and the circular economy.

You’ll help shape the next phase of a smart, in-house platform that transforms surplus raw materials from the food industry into high-quality ingredients for animal feed — reducing waste and enabling a more circular supply chain.

🔧 Tech Stack

• Python – for calculations and optimization
• Go – for scalable APIs
• Svelte (or React/Vue) – for a fast, responsive frontend
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• Azure – cloud-based deployment

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and improving internal tools that drive daily operations
• Contributing to software architecture and system scalability
• Supporting a more data-driven culture across the business
• Coaching junior developers
• Collaborating directly with stakeholders to turn ideas into production-ready features

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
• HBO/WO degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python and/or Go
• Familiar with Svelte (or React/Vue)
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Strong communicator, proactive mindset, and a pragmatic approach
