Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating to appropriate teams as necessary.
- Maintain and update customer records in the customer service database.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service improvements.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to process enhancements.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and customer service software.
- Familiarity with the digital and creative industries is a plus.
