Agile Project Lead

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Key Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management, ideally within the IAM and IT sectors.
  
• Proven experience in leading complex transformation initiatives.
  
• In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies and processes, including Single Sign-On, Access Governance, Role-Based Access Control, Identity Governance, Certificate Management, and Privileged Access Management.
  
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, and Excel.
  
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  
• Experience in stakeholder management and working within a matrix organization.
