Must‑have experience
3 yrs+ shipping sites.
Portfolio with at least two projects in Webflow or React/Gatsby + headless CMS.
Proof of component reuse, CMS modelling, and performance wins.
Comfortable with git, CI/CD (Netlify, Vercel), and async comms.
