Senior Test Manager ERP Project

As Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating the full test lifecycle – from strategy to test execution and defect management – across multiple key business flows and systems. You’ll work closely with ERP implementation partner, internal IT teams, integration developers, , business architects and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end quality. You will also be responsible to ensure that we have an established framework and test procedures to be used in operations after the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the overall test strategy and plan for the ERP project
• Coordinate all test phases: Unit, Integration, System, UAT, Regression
• Set up and manage test environments, tools, and data
• Lead test planning and execution across ERP, integration layers, and peripheral systems
• Track defects, risks, and issues, and report test progress to project leadership
• Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases
• Facilitate testing workshops and align with business stakeholders and system owners
  
  

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Test Manager in large-scale IT and ERP projects
• Proven track record in ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Experience in best-of-breed environments with multiple system integrations
• Familiarity with integration platforms, APIs, and data flow validation
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail)
• Structured, communicative, and proactive – with strong stakeholder coordination skill
