Strategic Staffing Solutions International's client is a leading global financial services company providing investment banking, Global Market, and investment management services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments, and high-net-worth individuals.

As a Fullstack Developer, you will join a global engineering team supporting Corporate Functions & Operations (CF&O) division - powering the tech behind risk management, regulatory compliance, and firm-wide controls. You’ll work on mission-critical systems, solve complex data problems, and deliver tools that help the business make informed decisions.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with finance and risk stakeholders to shape technical solutions that solve real business problems
• Design and build robust full-stack applications using Java, React, and AWS
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle - from requirements to production
• Lead small/mid-size project teams and mentor junior developers
• Explore and implement emerging technologies where it makes sense to do so
• Continuously improve data quality, automation, and systems performance

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience in full-stack development and delivering end-to-end systems
• Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot, DropWizard, Maven)
• Prior experience with React (or similar modern front-end frameworks)
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Knowledge of SQL databases (both relational and columnar)
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
• Confidence in communicating with business and tech stakeholders
• Bonus: Prior experience in finance or compliance tech
