Senior Fullstack Developer (Java/React)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team, which is responsible for managing the platform, handling inquiries, and developing additional tools. The role's primary focus is on enabling white labeling solutions and expanding into new markets. As part of a growing team of 8 engineers and 2 product managers, you'll have the opportunity to contribute hands-on to technical projects (80-90% of the time) while also taking on leadership or management responsibilities (10-20%). There is a significant potential for growth within this role as the team scales

Responsibilities

We are seeking highly experienced engineers who can take on partially defined tasks, gather the necessary information, and complete the work independently with minimal guidance. Throughout this process, they are expected to naturally organize and lead other developers, driving them toward successful delivery.

While we don't require formal team leadership responsibilities, we are looking for engineers who have prior experience in leadership roles, so they can step in to provide additional support in that area if needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript
• Good knowledge of ReactJS/NextJS
• Hands on experience with Node and AWS
• Experience with distributed systems
• Knowledge of Java/Scala
• Good English skills
• Excellent and proactive communication skills
• Capability to grab a half-baked ticket, get the information needed and deliver it without much handholding.
• Passion for clean code design and good coding principles
