Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Developer to join a new, exciting project for a client in the banking sector!

Salary: 120-130 PLN/Net/B2B

Requirements

Programming (Python) – experience with:

  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Type annotations
  • Concurrency (e.g. threading, asyncio, multiprocessing)
  • Working with HTTP using the requests module
  • Building REST APIs with FastAPI
  • Consuming REST APIs (e.g. JIRA, MS Teams, Password Managers)
  • Working with SQL databases
  • Docker – container creation and usage
  • Active experience with GitHub Copilot – using AI-assisted development in practice

Linux & Platforms:

  • Confident use of Linux terminal – navigation, shell commands, process handling
  • Basic platform administration
  • Basic Oracle DB administration (e.g. cloning, assembling release packages)
  • Application servers: Tomcat, WebLogic Server (WLS) – deployment, start/stop, etc.
  • Web servers: Apache, IIS

CI/CD & DevOps Tools

  • GIT – version control
  • Jenkins – automation and pipelines
  • Nexus – artifact repository

Language Skills

  • English at technical level – ability to read documentation, write code comments and communicate within the team (written and verbal)
