Now looking to expand their tech team, they’re looking for a confident Mid-Level Full-Stack Web Developer to work on a range of exciting new projects and contribute to the ongoing success of our clients.

Salary: Up to £35k Location | Workplace policy hybrid working from Chester (must be based in the UK)

Web Developer – Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement: Turn client ideas into reality by building software solutions.
• Collaborate: Work with teams to ensure projects align with business goals and SEO best practices.
• Innovate: Propose new technologies and improvements for current projects.
• Manage projects: Handle smaller projects independently or as part of larger teams.

Core skills needed:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the industry, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment
• Strong proficiency in PHP development, with expertise in Laravel frameworks
• In-depth understanding of frontend technologies such as Vue and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with modern development workflows utilising tools like Webpack and Vite
• Ability to translate designs into responsive, component-based frontend solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid working knowledge of Git
• Familiarity with cloud architecture and scalable development, preferably with AWS experience
• A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in at least one CMS (Drupal, Statamic, or WordPress)
• Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks like React
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and page experience optimisation
• Experience in mobile app development (desirable)
• Ability to integrate with enterprise systems (e.g., Netsuite, Dynamics) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot)
• Experience writing unit or feature tests (desirable)
