Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive KYC reviews for new and existing individuals customers via video call
• Verify customer information and documentation, including identification, proof of address, and source of funds.
• Identify and escalate potential red flags and suspicious activities to the relevant team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYC activities and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Compliance, Legal, and Operations, to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Stay current with changes in review procedures.

Requirements

• With 1+ years of hands-on experience in the fintech or blockchain industry.
• Familiar with professional English email writing.
• Ability to articulate issues or problems to internal departments.
• Knowledge of blockchain would be an advantage.
• Good and positive attitude with a keen interest in learning.
• It’s acceptable for you to work on scheduled shifts, five days a week.
